PREGNANCY YOGA We are currently running a 6 week Pegnancy Yoga Course on Monday 5.30-6.30pm (Another Course will commence in January)
This class will help pregnant women adapt to the changes occurring in their body in a positive way through safe and effective movements, breathing and relaxation techniques. An apportunity to switch off from everyday life and connect with your body, your baby and your breath to truly embrace the magical journey you are on. The movements, meditations and breath work will support your during pregnancy and labour. This is also an opportunity to connect with other pregnant ladies within our community.
MOTHER AND BABY YOGA We are currently running a 6 week course, Monday 11-12 (Another course will be running in January)
This postnatal class is an opportunity for new mums to gently and mindfully come back to practice or intruduce a yoga practice into your life following your physical and spiritual journey into motherhood. An opportunity to bring your baby along to class with you and spend some precious mother and baby time breathing, moving and connecting or just an hour of cuddles in a safe and secure and calming space away from the stresses of the outside world and in the company of other mums
