Sound Bath

You will be taken on a journey through sound. The sound waves will guide you into a deep meditative state while you’re enveloped in ambient sound. These waves are produced by various healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, together these instruments create soothing, overlapping vibrations.  These vibrations lead you deeper into a state of contemplation or relaxation, shutting off your body’s fight-or-flight reflex. Meditation is excellent for managing stress and improving your overall wellbeing and Sound has been shown to help reduce pain, increase neural connectivity, and improve the quality of life.

Breathwork With Dee

Join Dee for an evening of conscious connected breathwork. This powerful and somewhat psychedelic breathwork session is designed to release stress, tension and emotion by engaging the body’s natural healing capabilities. Dee will introduce and guide you through a combination of deep, fast paced and circular breathing techniques as well as helping you to set intentions to help release old, stagnant energies from deep within our bodies, increase oxygen and energy levels and connect into higher states of consciousness.
